Fees:
Rates vary depending on the length of each meeting and the types of service provided.
I am contracted with the following Insurance and Third Party Payors:
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wyoming
Kid Care - CHIP (BCBSWY)
Anthem Blue Cross of CA
Tricare Standard
In cases where you choose to use an insurance provider with whom I contract, I will bill the insurance provider directly for all charges, but you will be responsible for all co-payments, co-insurance and deductible amounts. I collect those co-payments at the time of service.
In cases where I do not contract with your insurance provider, I will charge the standard fee at the time of service. I am happy to submit an insurance bill to your provider on your behalf.
